Welcome to the Vuisten van Amsterdam
Vuisten van Amsterdam ("Fists of Amsterdam") is a social community of Fisters in the Netherlands.
We organize monthly meet ups at our host bar, Bears Bar Amsterdam, as well as host workshop and educational/learn-by-doing events.
Although we are based in Amsterdam, we attend many events elsewhere in the Netherlands and Belgium, and collaborate with other oragnisations and their events. All our events are communicated within our Telegram group.

Fisting is an intense and amazing form of sex. It transcends gender and sexuality lines, and forms incredibly deep connections.
It's also not something you learn to do overnight, and takes work and training. Fisting is also not without risks, especially as you become more advanced.
The rewards, however, are immediate even during your first steps, and they're incredible!
There are several good resources online that can help you start your journey with toys, learning how to clean out, how to prepare lube, and all those basics.

Another great way to learn more, is with someone! Join our group, reach out to your fellow Fisters, meet us at a social, and set up some play sessions. Fisting is something you can only really learn by doing with others.
